I’ve genuinely enjoyed coming to this location and have had positive experiences in the past. However, today was extremely disappointing. My son asked for just an inch off the top, but instead, Matt left only an inch of hair – a complete misunderstanding of the request. The shape-up was also poorly done and not at all what we expected. We took my bonus daughter to the GC on Forest Hill. She had her hair in such a mess! Matt worked with her to get it straightened out and he was a complete miracle worker!! And I mean complete miracle worker!! Thank you Matt for your hard work!
