Highly recommend the stylist named Robin!
I had a great time. It was welcoming, warm, I didn't have to wait after checking in online. My stylist was funny and really considerate as they listened to me fully before starting to cut my hair. They showed me products that would be better for me, how to use them.. I was skeptical, but it works and now I have my shampoo soulmate! The best part is, they guarantee their haircuts so I know if I ever get something that doesn't quite work out for me, they'll fix it. I'll be back soon! Matt always does a great job on my hair! Definitely a return customer
I’ve genuinely enjoyed coming to this location and have had positive experiences in the past. However, today was extremely disappointing. My son asked for just an inch off the top, but instead, Matt left only an inch of hair – a complete misunderstanding of the request. The shape-up was also poorly done and not at all what we expected. Unfortunately, the result was so far from what my son asked for that he didn’t even want to give Matt a chance to fix it, fearing it would only get worse.
