Horrible Corporate Policy! Went in and waited my turn for the next appointment but was told that a person coming in after me had checked in online and therefore, was going to be taken before me. With this policy, you could wait all day to get a haircut if everyone uses the stupid online check in. Never wasting time with GC again!!!

Highly recommend the stylist named Robin!
I had a great time. It was welcoming, warm, I didn't have to wait after checking in online. My stylist was funny and really considerate as they listened to me fully before starting to cut my hair. They showed me products that would be better for me, how to use them.. I was skeptical, but it works and now I have my shampoo soulmate! The best part is, they guarantee their haircuts so I know if I ever get something that doesn't quite work out for me, they'll fix it. I'll be back soon!
