Very rushed and did a horrible job on my 7 year old daughters curly hair. It felt like since it was a kid, that it didnt matter how it looked. Uneven cut, long strands on the side, choppy.
Heidi was soooo delightful and friendly! She listens thoroughly and gives you the exact hair cut you ask for! Highly recommend this location! All the girls are great!!
Very bad customer service. HEIDI was very rude. She asked if we called this location and proceded to mention Great clips by mall 205. Mind you my name was on the monitor for online check in.. she kept asking for a different phone number then the one we gave her. Asking ONCE agian if weve ever been at his location.. Mind you the lady getting her hair cut was left drenched in water.. I asked if she knew how to do long layers she said No but ill try my best... Never will i return to this place.. DONT TRUST HEIDI WITH YOUR HAIR
I always go to Great Clips for my haircuts, not only because they know what style I want (from my file), good at what they do but they're so personable and professional. This time I decided to try something new, all I did was show her a picture and in no time she gave me exactly what I was looking for with more layers and keeping it the same length. It felt and looked so much better!!! Thank you Great Clips!
