My last cut was the worst iv ever had . Idk if il ever go back ,definitely not to that same person.
Have been going to this location for many years and always been happy until today. I had someone I hadn't seen before, maybe a recent hire. They didn't speak a single word after the initial check of my notes on how I usually get the haircut done. I don't need a big conversation, but not a single word for 10-15 minutes? So strange and awkward. I'm always asked if I want eyebrows trimmed and what's my preference on the neck area, never asked, and that's a first.
