Does anyone know where Ester went? Attempted to call to see where she relocated to and was told they are unable to provide me that information.
App is very easy to use, most stylist cut hair well and everybody is very nice at the Kanner location.
I sat at # 1 on the screen and was constantly skipped for 45 mins. I always tip heavy so it’s not that. I walked out and won’t ever return
This is hands down the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Ivonne (spelling?) cut it as quickly as she possibly could not even paying attention to my kind of hair. It’s SO short, the ends are straight across giving me poodle vibes, and it’s not even. It is horrendous. If I could give zero stars I would.
Kelly was fabulous. Cut my hair exactly as I asked. And she was friendly and patient. I have lived over 70 years and she gave me the best cut I have ever had. And that's a lot of hair cuts.
