Good value
Check in online got a text telling me to come on in. stylist acknowledge me when I walked in the door. All of a sudden I'm not checked in and I go to the bottom of the list behind people who came in after me. Been going there for years. Won't be back.
I have gone there a couple of times, and normally it is an average haircut. I was completely fine with that as I like growing my hair out and only go every so often to cut down the sides to have less bulk and blend everything in. I went in and showed the dude pictures of the hair I want. I explained that I don't like cutting my hair short. All he said was ok and proceeded to not follow a single thing I said. We went to Great Clips off Five Forks and Oak Rd today 5/31/25 and the gentleman who cut my daughter’s hair did a terrible job. The left side was longer than the right. My husband paid for it anyway and didn’t get a receipt. We went straight to a different Great Clips and they evened it out. We have had poor experiences with him before. My son told him to take and inch and the guy took 3 inches. We love Lisa but the risk of getting this guy who have done such a poor job is pushing us to another store.
