I've been coming here for more than a few years, and over that time the prices have gone up and the haircuts have got progressively worse. They sit you down and try to get your haircut as quickly as possible and don't really care about how well it does or doesnt look. For now $28 I expect you to take your time and try to do a decent job but that doesnt seem like the case. I went there because it was fairly cheap but now it isn't worth the price you pay.
