My son’s hair cut was fantastic, great place for a haircut
So I check in on line walk in neither stylist has a customer they ask me to have a seat in the mean time someone else walked in that had not signed in on line the another a few minutes later that had signed in on line. When I walked in I only had a 3 min wait time. One stylist took the other person that checked in on line the other took the walk in no explanation nothing just left me sitting there I walked out and probably will never return. Checked in online. 31 minute estimated wait time. Get there, I'm on the top of the list and they let a walk in who wasn't checked in go ahead of me because he walked through the door first. Me and the walk in who wasn't checked in were there both waiting for the stylist to finish with people they were working on, and when she was finished she called the guy who wasn't checked in because he walked through the door first. What is the point of an online check in if they're not going to honor it.
