I like going to Great Clips because I can check in online and I can either get the first available stylist or wait for Caesar who gives a great haircut. I get a great haircut at a fair price without a long wait or making appointments weeks in advance. It's convenient.

Well, when I arrived, there was no one waiting for a haircut. Today is Wednesday, April 29th, at 1:30 PM. The stylist's attitude was abysmal from the very moment we walked in; we waited a while just for her to acknowledge or greet us. A second person—I believe she came out of the restroom—appeared, and they started asking each other who was going to take care of us. I had used the Great Clips app to reserve my spot. Luckily, thr morning rush was done by the time i arrived. I'm sure the fact that it rained probably kept some people home on a Saturday. The stylist wasn't very talkative, so I just started using my phone. She also had long nails, which I could feel against my scalp (not a good feeling). The haircut itself was OK. But it's those little extras that make you appreciate your stylist.
