I am so impressed with my cut today, Jennifer was so kind and attentive to me and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was scared cause my friend brought me here and I was nervous to get my curly hair cut.
I like going to Great Clips because I can check in online and I can either get the first available stylist or wait for Caesar who gives a great haircut. I get a great haircut at a fair price without a long wait or making appointments weeks in advance. It's convenient.
Well, when I arrived, there was no one waiting for a haircut. Today is Wednesday, April 29th, at 1:30 PM. The stylist's attitude was abysmal from the very moment we walked in; we waited a while just for her to acknowledge or greet us. A second person—I believe she came out of the restroom—appeared, and they started asking each other who was going to take care of us.
