I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service my elderly mother received at your salon this past Saturday. Location 475 21st street ste10-A Vero beach Fl 32960 The stylist, whose name was May, provided a shampoo, cut, and blow-dry service totaling nearly $70. Unfortunately, the final result did not meet reasonable expectations. My mother has a short wedge haircut, and her hair appeared unfinished when we returned home. My baby has been going to Great clips since he was 2 He's 7 now.. You definitely don't go to Great clips for its exquisite stylists. Sometimes I just wish they would get somebody in there that was a little bit nicer with kids. They have his cut on file so I appreciate that he can just go in there and ask for his usual cut. OKAY!
