Got a hair cut, and the stylist / computer system messed up on the payment during checkout and only charged me $2. One of the employees who stated they were the manager told me not to worry about it, and the hat the haircut was “on the house” because I had been standing there waiting. 10 minutes down the road I get a phone call from the stylist, telling me I had to come back and pay my bill. Been going here for a very long time, but after work on 9/4 a new older lady that uses the first chair on the left, has no business cutting hair. She cut my neck line so high, up to the middle of my ears, there’s no way to fix this. I was charged $35 for two kid's haircuts today. I clicked on an ad for Great Clips, entered my email as instructed to receive a coupon code. Never received the code. I tried to find the coupon online when I went to pay. The employee told me there was nothing she could do that the coupons were the business of the website. Be aware as they no longer list the price of services on their webpage so be aware. Melissa R
