I used their app to sign in. When i arrived, I had about a 5 minute wait. My barber (stylist?) was a very nice lady and did exactly what i wanted he my 5 star rating.
Do not go to Great clips in Troy on Market Street. I went there today and got my haircut and it is absolutely the worst haircut I've ever had in my life.
Everything was great as usual. Have always had great people and service.
