The haircuts here are about what you would expect, so that's okay. However, I've finally had it with using their reservation app. I was told by the app that my wait would be 22 minutes. 10 minutes later it was still 22 minutes. When it went down to 15 I drove there and arrived 5 minutes later so it should have been a 10 minute wait, right? I've been going to great clips the last few years and had a great style I loved. However when I went into this salon, and she was given instructions on how I wanted my hair exactly from my previous stylist, she messed it up. She was too focused on gossiping about her own life instead of just giving me the haircut. She didn't blend any of my layers, didn't get rid of my split ends which is what I asked for more than anything, and I walked out annoyed more than anything. I recently got a haircut and the stylist cut off the exact amount I requested and took her time asking questions and getting to know what I wanted. Great experience!
