I’ve gone here twice both times the service has been fantastic.
The stylist was as nice as could be, and I didn't even have time to sit down before she was ready to cut my hair. I showed her a picture of me with how short I wanted the hair on top of my head cut and said not to cut much off the back or sides since the last stylist had cut those too short. She combed the top hair and confirmed how much I wanted off. But somehow, once again, it wasn't short enough. Worst experience.. even they don’t know how to trim proper hair.and her name is Stephine who cut my hair she has no idea about Simple Hair cutting
One of the worst managed locations of all the great clips locations I have been. Choose another location…they don’t know what they are doing, probably will shut down soon if they don’t focus on customer experience.
