Gao consistently cuts my hair the way I like it. She has a warm and friendly personality and the time flies chatting.
We always do my kid’s haircut there; however, the last time we went there it was the worst moment we ever had doing a haircut for our toddler (2 years old) We never had an issue in the past. But this time the lady (Abbi is her name) had zero experience / patience with a kid (and even if they didn’t have a person with experience with kids, they could just call me and we could reschedule it). Great Clips continues to be my "go to" spot since my first visit years ago! I'had long hair, short hair, and in between, and always been satisfied with the service! (July 2025) Friendly, prompt service with the online check-in feature. You can always see how long a wait there will be. Stylists do a through job of assessing what kind of cut/style you want. I'm a happy customer! (2020)
