What horrible people work there! We were treated so rudely we walked out, and I can't belive they stay in business if they treat their customers so badly. A simple haircut doesn't deserve an attitude like that.
Absolutely irate at the experience I just had in Faribault getting my daughter's haircut. Stylist didn't want to do what I asked so she proceeded to be snotty, rip thru my daughter's hair, and tell my 11 year old daughter that her hair was wrecked now because I wanted it thinned !! And shook her head in disgust 4 times while finishing my daughter's hair...She also stabbed my daughter in the head 2 s with the thinning shears ...it was disgusting to watch and if this lady doesn't loose her job it will be a Sad for that store !... read more
