I checked in online. I accidentally didn’t know that they closed at seven but I got there at 6:38. I was in my car for three minutes finishing up a call with my mother who has cancer while I was finishing my dinner. I walked in the building 17 minutes before they closed and they told me they were already closed and proceeded to tell me that I parked and was in the car waiting, and they refuse to cut my hair as if they were trying to punish me because I didn’t get out of the car right away in Russian. I've been getting my haircut here for a few years now, and the stylists are very good. However, I think I found the best stylist in the Great Clips family and her name is Lisa. Professional, personable and excellent at what she does! Thanx, Lisa!
