I had such a horrible experience😭😭😭 Back story: I just had a baby and this was going to be my first time going out since. I have never been to a hair salon but my hubby said to treat myself since I deserve it. I only use heat on my hair once a year so this was a big deal for me. Highly over priced. You've priced yourself out of the market which is sad because I came here for 20 yrs but there are others that can do the same job for less. A basic cut is $32 and Aug 15/25 there was only 1 stylist working. Additionally, their app doesn't work properly. It says "1 minute remaining, come to the store." I arrived and there was an 89 minute wait.
Checkin and waitlist seems redundant when it’s first come first serve
