Great staff and love my haircuts
Been coming to this location for a long time, they are usually amazing! Today (Feb 20, 2026) was the first time I got a bad haircut at the Beaumont location. I told her to cut it just short enough that I can still get it into a ponytail. It is too short for a ponytail 🫠 she tried to tell me it was my fault because she asked me when she was cutting it. I normally do not leave any negative reviews I went in for a regular cut, no layers just a straight forward take some length off I had hair about mid waist and wanted a good amount of length taken off, however it ended up being very choppy and the only way I could possibly fix this is to cut it short short This was supposed to be below the shoulders cut and half of the hair length is below the shoulder with the other half being near my chin or a bit below
