This happened to me twice with the same stylist!! I checked in online, walked into the salon, was asked what I wanted done, stated a shampoo and straightener. My hair is shoulder length. I was told it was busy and I would have to wait for another stylist. My name was first on the list. Two people were assisted before me. What the hell!! It wasn’t that busy at all. In fact, the stylist, I cannot think of her name, started helping the other stylist, who appeared to be new, cut a fellow’s hair. Talk about bad customer service.

I got a hair cut done and they did exactly what i asked. I just needed a ro relayer and cut what keeded to be cut to get rid of of split ends. Thank you!

One of the employees cut my cousins hair,me so mad,bro is sooo wreckless,and sooo anoying soo if u or ur child wants to get a bad ugly and terrible haircut go to this place

Most bad experience I have ever in this salon , I asked them for a hair cut on a phone , they told me that they do and in this last they charge me that much amount without doing any kind of haircut. This buzz cut they provide me today. Not sure these idiots open the shop , I prior call them do you provide men haircut. Inperson they told me that they have no tools for haircut but yes we do men haircut. Embarrassing
