I walked in to get a haircut and the employee made it very seamless! I think her name was Kim, she was very nice and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
I came here due to a short way and i regretted that. The stylist Tanya was nice although appeared to be shaky and nervous - repeating conversation points, and almost slurred or off talking. She couldn’t find my middle part… She kept checking her coworkers, and just overall nervous seeming. I couldn’t tell if she was drunk or intoxicated in some other way although she gave me a horrible haircut. As soon as I walked in, Joanna was super welcoming and kind, and very positive even when I discussed the issues I’d had with my hair and how I’d struggled to have it cut due to anxiety about Covid. I usually have horrible social anxiety, and this was my first haircut in almost 3 years, but this was for sure the most relaxing haircut I’ve had and I really liked the result! I’m going back again for sure.
