I've been there a few times and it's been pretty good, but today was a terrible experience, especially with the designer, Joan. Her attitude was awful. She didn't want to follow customer requests and just wanted to do as little as possible. Every time I buy the shampoo service, I bring my own massage brush, hoping the person washing my hair can use it for me.
