I took my daughter there to have her hair cut. she's 13 so I let her walk with the associate to her chair and explain what she wanted. after getting back in the car with her I find out the woman didnt even spray it with water before cutting it. her hair has natural curls, and when we got home we noticed it was pretty uneven in some parts. I'm not sure why they wouldn't wet it down a little before cutting. Never a bad experience Always great ppl
Complaining about having to stay a little late to cut hair is extremely unprofessional. Especially being a customer who tips well, and would have been tipping extra if it ended up being after 7pm. I will just take my business elsewhere
