I went in for a quick haircut. I was met by a rude woman who acted as if cutting hair was a great trial for her while simultaneously complaining about how slow they’ve been with their coworkers. The hairdresser didn’t speak a word to me the entire haircut and put in as little effort as possible. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to Sports Clips instead.
Quality of cut can differ between stylists but overall they do a good job. I really like their online reservation system that allows you to get a spot in line and estimates your wait time.
DO NOT come to this location. I came in for a walk-in and was met with the most abhorrent customer service I've ever experienced. I'm extremely shy, I don't think I've ever walked out of a business/haircut before this experience. The woman who greeted me was openly hostile and saying without saying that I had no idea what I wanted, responding to every question I asked as if I was an idiot.
