It would be nice if the staff checked with customers waiting outside before moving on to the next name. This shop always seems to take way longer than their app estimates.

The lady that did my haircut did not want to be there by the way she cut my hair. She was faster than Lightening McQueen racing in the piston cup. She had no care to be delicate or gentle while cutting hair. My ears are literally red and burning from the haircut. She cut the hair very quick and didn’t even follow what was on the paper. I get my haircuts often from great clips but this has been by far the worst. Wish I could’ve given a zero star.

I went in for a trim maybe a couple inches and the Asian lady that cut my hair cut almost a foot off! I cried the entire way home. I have been growing my hair out for a personal reason and she just chopped it all off. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just kept cutting more and more off. My hair for context was almost past my butt and is not at the middle of my shoulder blades. ANNIE is amazing! My boys who are pretty particular about their haircuts are so grateful for Annie. She truly gives the BEST haircuts! She is thorough and takes her time to make sure the cut is perfect!
