I would give no stars if possible. My teen daughter and husband came in for a haircut and my teens hair was cut almost 3 inches shorter than she asked and crooked with long strands everywhere, my husbands hair had chunks missing rather than faded and long on one side and short on the other. My teen deals with stress over her image and has been bullied. I made my husband and daughter go right back and their hair still was so crooked it had to be fixed by another salon. I've had several of the stylists at this location cut my hair, but I now have Victoria regularly style my hair. Victoria takes her time, double checks her work, and makes sound recommendations. She is very friendly and professional. I recommend Victoria to anyone who needs great clips.

It would have been a great experience IF my hair wasn’t shaved in the back like I asked. I specifically said that I didn’t want it shaved…I wanted it short but not shaved and she said she could do it with the clippers. Then she didn’t even trim the top just cut it shorter around my ears. I showed a picture of what I wanted and explained. I feel like I walked out looking 20 years older. Sorry but I will not be returning. I absolutely hate my haircut!
The lady who cut my hair clearly hates her career choice (she's a lager framed white woman.) She needs to go get a diffrent job. She didn't care for the notes left by the previous hair tech (which may have been lacking good details for all I know, but the new hair tech could've asked me beforehand for some clarifications.)
