I have nothing but praises for the northpointe location! My hair is long and I am always terrified to get it cut and colored after a bad experience years ago at a different brand of salon. With my heart racing I put my faith into this salon. I do not remember her name but she was very tall and bubbly personality lol. She talked with me and kept my anxiety down and my hair was beyond my expectations! The atmosphere was pleasant and the whole team smiled and laughed. Fantastic place with great stylists!
I had a wonderful haircut by Olivia, she did an excellent job. The salon was clean and the other stylists were friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
