I have been going here for 13 years now and never had this experience. The lady working today with all the tattoos was mean, insisted she should just cut more hair instead of 1/2 inch at a time like I requested, she was rude, sarcastic eye rolling when I requested to cut 1/2 inch more.

I have been going to this branch since 2 years now and this is the first time i have had such an encounter. Its going to be a little detailed. Never coming back here for sure !!!! Service - hair washing only. If you know anything about hair wash.. you would know that you need to wash the scalp twice and put a conditioner. Adding anything over it is always optional.
