Daughter had super gross hair and definitely needed to shorten (to help in maintaining its health). *teens not wanting to do much hair brushing. We did go ONLINE and made an appointment- it said "120 Minute Wait". (But updated fairly frequently.) Also was given an option to enter my phone number, and they would text me approximately 15-20 mins before my appointment/able to walk-in for her haircut. Should mention on the google site theyve been closed for awhile now.
Horrible experience. Will never go back. Have been trying all day to check in online and it says online appointments full so take a chance and go in. 2 stylists are there, one cutting hair and one sitting in chair reading magazine. One other customer in waiting area. She said it was full today and we could check tomorrow. I said no thanks and went to the parking lot, sat there for at least 10 minutes and no one came out or went in.
