We went in this week to get cuts before picture day. We ALWAYS see Lilly , but with scheduling conflict we couldn't . We saw someone else and she gave my boys the worst cut ever. It was so choppy. We had to return for Lilly to fix it. Lesson learned . When you decide to charge what a good barber charges now you better learn to cut hair correctly. I will never go again unless Lilly is there .
I have been going to great clips for a long time. And this is absolutely the worst cut I have ever had! I just moved here and the first thing that comes out of her mouth was that she was stressed and had a surgery coming up. Then she went on to talk about how she is suing the parking lot owners because of her fall. I never felt so uncomfortable.
