I dropped in and met Nikki - she said she works at another Great Clips too in Shorewood I think. I asked Nikki if she was afraid to cut hair and she said no - I want to give you the haircut you want. Nikki listen to me!! Yeah - I got the cut I've been wanting. I was passing through and I will make a point to pass thru again in December. Thank you Nikki!!

I’ve been getting my hair cut at great clips for years. Lately, it seems they don’t screen their employees very well for skill before hiring them. I have had some not so good cuts at other locations, so I decided to give this one a try. And boy was that a mistake. The people inside were very friendly, I’ll give them that, but the haircut was not good. I have straight, one length hair and face framing. I will only allow Jean to cut my hair. She knows my hair (colics) and cuts it perfectly every time. I have referred many people to Jean. Thanks for all you do.
