Took my son here for a simple buzz cut. When we got home, his neck wasn’t done, they didn’t make sure around his ears were done and his side burns were crooked. I took him somewhere else to get it fixed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save the 18 and go somewhere else.

I dropped in and met Nikki - she said she works at another Great Clips too in Shorewood I think. I asked Nikki if she was afraid to cut hair and she said no - I want to give you the haircut you want. Nikki listen to me!! Yeah - I got the cut I've been wanting. I was passing through and I will make a point to pass thru again in December. Thank you Nikki!!

I’ve been getting my hair cut at great clips for years. Lately, it seems they don’t screen their employees very well for skill before hiring them. I have had some not so good cuts at other locations, so I decided to give this one a try. And boy was that a mistake. The people inside were very friendly, I’ll give them that, but the haircut was not good. I have straight, one length hair and face framing.
