Woman with the HP tattoo — she was amazing. She offered my 2 year old some toys to keep him busy while I got my haircut. I asked for a long Bob and I got it. I love it thank you!!!
Went in for a quick trim and the eyebrows. Didn't use the scissors at all. Just a slight cleanup on the sides. Charged me the full price for the haircut and wanted to debate me on the difference between a trim and a haircut. Now I see why none of the guys in this area are tipping these girls anymore. I won't be back.
Went in for usual haircut, I've used this shop for many years. My haircutter, short black woman whom I'd not seen there before, had the worst attitude I've ever encountered at a barber shop. Having hurriedly cut my hair (2 min), began to take the apron off me even before I had an opportunity to look at the cut. I asked her to take more off the sides, begrudgingly she did so. You can see from my before and after photos, that DOROTHY completely butchered my hair. Not only that, but she was incredibly rude and unfriendly the entirety of my appointment - not sure how or why she is the manager. To preface, my hair was all one length, no layers, upon coming in for a trim. We agreed on trimming one inch off, no layers, face framing, etc. After she was done trimming, my hair was very noticeably longer on one side, and it was choppy and uneven.
