Absolutely horrible service. I have gone to this location numerous times before. But as of 9/16/26 I won’t be coming back. I went for a simple haircut. I was very clear that I wanted layers and not to cut my hair to short at first that we would probably cut more off I just wanted to see what it looked like. The girl that was going to cut my hair obviously was not skilled in cutting woman’s hair. I stopped by the Oak Tree Plaza in Denton TX and got a great haircut from Kamrynn. She was able to give the cut I wanted perfectly and held up conversation about the local area as I just moved down here. I will be going back to her from here on out.
My elderly mother has gone to this salon for 5 years. But after this last visit, 9/3/26, she will no longer be using their services. Right from the beginning the woman stylist was short with her when her number didn’t come up on their system. After giving the number the second time it went through.
