I went to Great Clips today for a haircut and beard trim. I clearly asked for both services, but they only gave me a haircut, which was finished in less than 5 minutes. My beard wasn’t trimmed at all, even though I specifically requested it. To make things worse, the stylist told me that there were more customers waiting in the lobby and that they needed to close, which made me feel rushed. I found that to be very unprofessional. I checked in online, and when I arrived at the salon, they were ready for me. I didn't have to wait at all, so I highly recommend using the online check-in process. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Ava did a fantastic job with my haircut. I always have a great experience at Great Clips, and today's visit was no exception! Naomi had a great sense of humor and made quick work of my fade...and it looks great. I visit GC about once a month and today's cut is now first place!
