I always have a great experience at Great Clips, and today's visit was no exception! Naomi had a great sense of humor and made quick work of my fade...and it looks great. I visit GC about once a month and today's cut is now first place!
The manager and staff were very rude, and my friend was sent out with wet hair after just a shampoo service. I’ve never experienced or seen that kind of service at any salon before.
Very poor customer service. Every time I go to Great Clips, there are new stylists working, and somehow they always end up cutting my hair. I try to clearly explain how I want my haircut, they nod like they understand, and then still mess it up. Today’s experience was the worst one yet. The lady who cut my hair had a very harsh attitude, was rude, and didn’t seem willing to listen at all. I felt ignored and disrespected the entire time. Definitely not the experience I expected.
Matilda did a spectacular job. I absolutely love the way she cut my hair. No more Little House in the Prairie. She did my hair so well I'm asking for her every time now. If only she was able to dye my hair too. You got this girl, and my phone number if you ever move locations.
