I had a very disappointing experience at Great Clips this place I brought my young son in for a haircut. Like many kids, he was crying and uncomfortable, but the stylist who started the haircut was patient and trying her best to continue. However, another staff member asian women (possibly a manager) came over and abruptly stopped the haircut midway without offering any help or solution. The lady who cut my hair didn’t know anything about cutting hair, do great clips hire people out of nowhere with no experience and certification in hair cutting? I had to get another haircut to fix that haircut. Extremely disappointed
