I went in to get a trim and thin out my long layered thick hair... the woman cut my hair and made it look like the Dutch boy painter. I will never go back..the woman had long puffy sleeves and every time she moved while washing my hair the sleeves were slapping me in the face.

There’s only ever 1 or 2 people working at a time. 2 people in line you’re looking at an hour plus wait. When they do cut my hair it’s decent. I ask for the same cut everytime and walk out with a different style everytime. Not a fan of that Update: gave this place another chance. Checked in before I left the house with a 12 min wait. Looked at the waitlist and I was 3rd in line. Got to the store and there was 5 people ahead of me with a 46 minute wait. First time at Great Clips. I hesitated at first but I really needed a haircut! I was a walk-in and was sitting in the chair within 5 mins. I had my consultation with the hairdresser (manager), unfortunately I can't recall her name. She listened to my vision for my layered Bob. I had my hair washed with a haircut and blowout. I was impressed that she asked me questions throughout the haircut, to make sure I would be happy with the outcome. I absolutely loved my haircut and in and out in 30 mins.
