Not sure if the management is changed in last one year. I have been facing worst experience here. Specifically one male guy seems very rude in this store. I had a very worst experience today with him. He is not at all listening my interests on the hair cut and did whatever he wants, very rudely. Not sure why he is so angry on me. I heard his colleague was saying, your succors sounds you are very angry.
I took my son and my daughter there on 10/04/2025 at 10 am . There were 3 woman work there . 1 of them talked so loud to my daughter. She was so scare. And we left there right away. We had a terrible experience there .
Jenny is my stylist. She is the very best. I'm not sure if I would continue to go to the Polaris location if she weren't there.
Jenny is simply put - The BEST !!! I was so lucky to find Jenny. Time and again she gives me the best haircut I have ever had. Thank Jenny.
They were very nice. I had a good hair cut and no waiting.
