I was reasonable..."this side of my hair doesn't look right". Stylist slammed her scissors on table. I said "I will fix it at home." She almost ripped apron off of me. I asked to speak to manager....his comment "if you don't like it when you get home, come back and I will make it right." Now why does he think a 15 minute drive home is going to change my mind? Absolutely ridiculous. After 7 years of getting my haircut here...I will not be back.
Worst salon in the Universe At Least they got my change right. Other than that they sucked BIG TIME. My hair cut was all seven kinds of jacked up. I think my stylist was both blind and (as Carlos Mencia would say) a little Dee Dee Dee. They didnt even give me a receipt.
