Amazing Felicia
First time visiting Great Clips. I used the app to check-in and immediately went to the stylist's chair. Stylist listened to what I wanted (just a trim) and did the job.
Can't speak of quality of hair service but very displeased with customer service. Called ahead the stated only 3 people in the shop and they have 5 stylists so shouldn't be long. When I arrived I saw a list of 18 people and 45 minute wait. When I asked if that's how long it will be and they said it shouldn't be that long there are only three people checked in. I checked in got the little check mark. Waited a half hour while people came in after me and checked in and they took all the people that were higher on the list. So I... read more
