Update: Upon taking a shower, I realize how bad her no-guard trimming was on a fully grown beard. It was not about initial trimming (for which she used a guard) but the final trimming of the beard to give it shape. She just ran over everything with no guard. I barely had time to intervene and did not realize how worst it can get later. Please train her better or lose her. I have been to this place in the past and it was usually decent.
