I checked in online and it said 45 min wait. I got there at 530 and left at 8 pm. My daughter paid with a coupon she had for 8.99 and my card was charged 13. I called when I got home for her to fix it and she was extremely rude saying my daughter lied about the coupon. I understand that's it's a busy Season but we waited for your business and were treated horribly. If my 4 is that important to you than you can have it but I will never forget that experience.

Treated me very, very disrespectfully while I strove to communicate basic hair style techniques (e.g., A-line for natural curls, texturizing, etc.). The immature, ignorant "stylist" told disrespectful gossip about me and my friends to other stylists - DURING the work we were paying for. I'm a retired LTC & physician w/ brain damage, preventing me from speaking very well - and I was highly insulted and ridiculed for such.
