These guys are always nice and do a great job. If it’s not exactly what you want, they will make it right and I love the online check-in.
I had my hair cut at this location before. They did a phenomenal job. This time I was extra nice and thankful when I left because I felt so horrible inside. I have curly/ wavy hair and got straight cuts and it looks lopped off. I am so sad I've been crying since I left. The woman seemed like she's needed goodness but maybe I shouldn't have allowed this. My hair is super important to me. Also I had to buy my own shampoo and conditioner for them to use one appropriate to my needs. I got chastised for having snarls in my hair. ... read more
I just wanted to give a shout out to Monica. She was the stylist I was lucky enough to get today (8/21/25). She did an AMAZING job, she knew exactly what she was doing, listened to what I wanted, was very friendly and personable and I can honestly say I'm extremely happy. And fast! I rarely get a haircut at Great Clips I'm not thrilled with, but sometimes it's just not "great". Today it was definitely great. Thank you Monica, I hope she stays there and I'm definitely requesting her on my next haircut
Very respectful to seniors and all. I got exactly what I wanted from Angie very pleased with my cut today the day after. Had made many calls. Everybody wanted me to wait a really long time even places that said they took walk-ins and I got prices as high as $130 from more than two places about three which is exorbitant. I have a very simple haircut. People wanted a background check actually on me. It seemed . I I
