I had a really bad experience getting my haircut here. The stylist didn’t listen to what I asked for and ended up cutting way more than I wanted. The result looked uneven and nothing like the style I showed. On top of that, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I left feeling really unhappy and won’t be coming back.

I have always had an issue finding a hair stylist that can cut my hair and give me exactly what without damaging my hair so when I found Ray I was so ecstatic. I've been going to Great Clips for Ray for the last 3 years. Yes I get the same cut every time but she is such a gem and always does it right! Thank you Ray for always doing such a great job. Love you girl. 🩷
