Had a haircut earlier today. I told the hairdresser I would like somewhat a bob cut but not too short. The front should be a little bit just above the shoulder. When she finished, I noticed that one side is longer than the other. She tried to fixed it while I am halfway covered from hair trimmings but ended up the front length is now the same level as my chin. Not exactly what I asked for before. Really disappointed with the service.

Always a great experience here!! The staff is so friendly and I always get a great cut! The precheck in makes in so nice too!

2nd time getting my haircut with Lennora. The first time, I cried after I left the shop. She kept yanking at my hair to show me that it indeed was level. Today, it was just for a trim. I’m not a hairdresser, I don’t know correct terminology nor do I know how much 2 inches correctly translates to visually. She has no patience and not fit for this role. She should be fired. And if you look through the reviews, it’s not just me.
