2nd time getting my haircut with Lennora. The first time, I cried after I left the shop. She kept yanking at my hair to show me that it indeed was level. Today, it was just for a trim. I’m not a hairdresser, I don’t know correct terminology nor do I know how much 2 inches correctly translates to visually. She has no patience and not fit for this role. She should be fired. And if you look through the reviews, it’s not just me.
First time last week, my usual barber was on vacation so I tried here, wish I had waited not a good cut at all, now I have to go back to my guy to straighten my hair out properly
I had a really bad experience getting my haircut here. The stylist didn’t listen to what I asked for and ended up cutting way more than I wanted. The result looked uneven and nothing like the style I showed. On top of that, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I left feeling really unhappy and won’t be coming back.
