I accidentally gave this location a one star, which I had good service here. I’ve had bad experiences with Great Clips in the past, but this location got me right with the type of haircut I was looking for.

Horrible, horrible service from the moment I walked in.There's an older woman who was cutting hair with a horrible mean.Look on her face if looks could kill, she would have definitely killed a few people.She seemed like it was a bother and a hassle for people to be there bringing in business.I understand it was a holiday, but jeez.Be thankful for the customers that do come in.I'm so happy that I found super cuts in harwood heights shame on that old woman, she just seemed to be in such a horrible mood.I will definitely take m... read more
Invoice number 622695 had two children with me an 12 yr and 4 yr old wanted to get cuts for both children the lady Elsa was so very rude her attitude and demeanor in front of kids is unacceptable then she had the nerve to ask me if I’m confused when she was using clippers on my son and I asked if she can use scissor on the top I have never had an experience like this ever in a hair cutting place I was disgusted with her attitude in front of kids smh
