Friendly staff, short wait (was a walk in).
Great Clips, you never let me down... I keep telling myself I should not go here but here I am, always disappointed after each haircut. I showed a picture to the stylist, and she barely looked at it and yeah it's what we have she said. Now I will be miserable and sad everyday for a month. Edit: I found patchy areas of uncut hair. I can't believe I paid for this.

Every single time you go here within an hour to an hour and a half of closing, they will attempt to discourage you from signing in. It’s like they don’t want to make money. So odd. There needs to be a major upgrade on the customer service at the Canton, MI location. I was the only person in the store and they still would not allow me to sign in.
