Hair places are all the same. You get the ones that are trying to break a record by getting you in and out of their seat. You get home and it looks like a blind person has cut your hair. Then you get ones that cut your hair, look at it and don’t like what they see, and go back in to fix it without being told to. This place has both, the ones that care and the ones that don’t. Maddie was my stylist. I specifically said "No layers". My hair was all one length and full that came down below my shoulders. I wanted 1 to 2 inches taken off for dead ends, with just the hair around my face cut to frame my face. She started cutting the back first and I couldn't see what she was doing. She put layers all in my hair and I didn't know until she got to the sides where I could see that she was hacking my hair off. I literally lost half of my hair. Great haircut as always. I have never had a bad experience at this location! The ladies are great and I wear cochlear implants. This means that I am deaf whenever I remove them for my haircut and the ladies are very accommodating for this,
