Maddie was my stylist. I specifically said "No layers". My hair was all one length and full that came down below my shoulders. I wanted 1 to 2 inches taken off for dead ends, with just the hair around my face cut to frame my face. She started cutting the back first and I couldn't see what she was doing. She put layers all in my hair and I didn't know until she got to the sides where I could see that she was hacking my hair off. I literally lost half of my hair. Great haircut as always. I have never had a bad experience at this location! The ladies are great and I wear cochlear implants. This means that I am deaf whenever I remove them for my haircut and the ladies are very accommodating for this,

Tammy sit my son straight down n her chair and proceeded to be confident as she knew how to cut his hair properly!! Quickly into the cut I noticed that her hands were shaking as if she was on some kind of stimulant and used 4 different blades to trim the sides of his hair and didn’t even touch the top!! His poor scalp is burnt and with no symmetry at all!!
