Asked for regular bangs lady used thinning scissors and ruined my hair don't even want to go out in public it is uneven and so short looks like it was done by my two year old I hope everyone of those lady's gets fired because it is awful what they are doing to people's hair then at the end of the day going home knowing they destroy people's life's I wish I post a picture but I can't figure out how to do it

I would give no star if I could. Nasty service we ever received from great clip. My son has been getting hair cut from great clips since he was young, it says in the system of what kind of haircut he is set for. The lady did his haircut this time didn’t read and just trim the bottom and be done. She didn’t touch the hair on top and the longer hair just overlays on the trimmed part. It looks like he got chewed up by a dog or so. Not saying we want a perfect haircut, but at least make it like the description of how we want it.... read more

I went to this great clips location a few months ago, a store manager proceeded with my haircut (I have long since forgotten their name) but they’re blonde and somewhere in their 60s I showed her various reference images of what I wanted my hair to look like. It didn’t even seem like they even glanced at any of them I even provided the length of hair I wanted to remove (1inch off the top keep the undercut do not touch back or sides) she immediately sprayed down my hair and started hacking away at my head with styling scissor... read more
