Emerald at this location is beyond awesome! I've known most of the team here for several years, and I can honestly say they're always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I understand why some people have left one-star reviews, especially if their concerns weren't addressed by Great Clips. Have been customer for 7 years, I will never go back to Great Clips after today’s horrible experience: I reach after checking in online and being 1st in the queue, there were 2 stylists free and one busy. Of the two free ones, one leaves work before her closing time and the other one steps out after greeting me and comes back from a smoke break keeping me waiting for 10 mins. 1) She had a horrible cigarette smell 2) Her counter was very messy with various colored hair lying on her clips- suggesting she didn’t clean them, whe... read more
It’s been a while since my last haircut. I didn’t want to lose my length, but wanted to trim some of the dead stuff off. Previous experience, the hairdresser just did what they felt was right with my hair regardless what I wanted. But Ruth listened to me and did what I asked for. She was super nice, and had a fun personality. I will come back to see her!
