I had one of the best haircut experiences with Jennifer. She was incredibly smooth, caring, and professional throughout the entire appointment. What really stood out was how well she understood exactly the hairstyle I was looking for and paid attention to every detail. She made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I got Jennifer, she wasn't very interested and my hair is very un blended choppy layers. She didn't ask for much feedback or my opinions of what I wanted done today she just read old notes and went with it. I will request Ruth next time she honestly greeted me with a warm smile. Also first time going to this great clips and getting bad haircut from them specifically.

Normally I get amazing service and cuts but was seen by a new stylist from the get go I tried to show a picture of what I wanted but she just glanced and said yeayea you want a pixie... I said yes but I wanted it like... Then she said "Honey I've been doing this for 40 yrs and a pixie is a pixie.. long story short I left with a cut I wasn't happy with and it wasn't as short as I hoped

I checked in online. Leeann greeted me and brought me in. She is friendly, professional and great to talk to. Leann gave me an excellent haircut, she is the best!
