No point of checking in online, I had a 1 minute wait time and 3 people got sat down before me, 1 person being a client that had already had his hair cut earlier today and just wanted a touch up. Ridiculous if this is how this store is ran. Sat there for almost 30 minutes.
I used the app to check in. I got there and I was number one and my son is number two. There was a large list. The Asian lady took people who were way further down the list than me. I just walked out and I'm never going back. I promise you that.
**** BEWARE!!! **** There are new business owners and they're making lots of changes as of a month or so ago. The new owners seem to be money-hungry because in the past month or so the prices increased, not by much but they went up. The worst thing is that they are forcing the crew to cut time on every haircut, cutting their hours, and pushing them to sell products. So don't expect to receive the same quality haircut as before.
