UPDATE 10/11/2025 Called salon at 12:11am today and asked what time my stylist would be in shop til and was told by Amber new store manager that she was not authorized to give me that info. I explained that I prefer to have my same stylist and wanted to be sure to go at a time I knew she would be working. Amber replied that all she could tell me was that my preferred stylist would be working until some time "Mid-afternoon" that day. Not sure what just happened. Went in for a hair cut, showed the lady a picture she straight up told me no. She then cut my hair with a razor, never used sheers. She parted my hair in a strange spot. I told her "are we done already? This isn't what I asked for" she took the cape off me and said I was finished. Lol definitely dont recommended. Now I gotta pay for a 2nd hair cut somewhere.
Always in and out, always have efficient and great service done. I would highly recommend Allison!
