I had a very disappointing experience at this Great Clips location. I tried to clearly explain how I wanted my haircut (just a small trim while keeping the length), but the stylist interrupted me and said she already knew how to cut it. Unfortunately, the haircut did not come out as I requested and the length and shape were not what I asked for. Gayle was amazing! She was super attentive and didn’t just rush through the haircut. She suggested a style that really fits my head shape and overall look. Couldn’t be happier — highly recommend her!
I got a haircut at Great Clips today. The haircut was average, but the experience was disappointing. The stylist cut the skin behind my right ear, and it was bleeding slightly. No one informed me or cleaned/sanitized the area. I only noticed it after leaving when it started hurting. Accidents can happen, but the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. Very disappointed.
Kris at the University-City location is awesome! Great service, great care, great cut, and loads of fun.
I had my haircut there 2/12/36 and I have to say it’s the best cut I ever had in a long time. Shannon did a great job and will be seeing her for now on. Don’t go nowhere Shannon!!
