Enjoy hair service
They should call this "Hit or Miss" instead of Great Clips. Last time I got the haircut I wanted but yesterday I got buzzed. They save your haircut in the customer file, but what good is it when you remind her what you want and she says "yeah but I have to blend it in" and then ruins the cut? . She was more intersted in talking to her coworker wanting get me in and out. And all locations are like this. Waste of $20
