When you go to Great Clips thinking how bad can it be since I have short layered hair. Well on the positive side it was very easy to get an immediate appointment, the app is not difficult to navigate and the stylist was very friendly and nice. Maybe 2 stars for convenience and friendliness. Sadly, when I got home and washed and tried to style my hair I found that one side was about a half inch longer that the other. Checked in online, walked into the location and was just completely ignored. They even checked somebody out and still did not acknowledge us. Only go to this location if you want to be ignored.
Five stars for Angie - she gave a great haircut. One star for the establishment. There was no air conditioning, and when they checked to see about changing the temperature, it was completely off - and is controlled remotely. The stylists should have not have to work in that condition - it was at least 78 degrees and we were all sweating, especially as a client under a cape with no airflow at all. Fix that and five stars all around. Thank you for doing what you could, Angie.
I got lucky, had no wait at all, just walked in and they sat me right away. Good haircut, too. But, they've raised their prices, just like everything else.
The place I went to in Chandler was great.
