Came to this great clips because of a coupon I had for this location. Upon online check in it said 39 minutes and we live about 15 minutes away. I checked my phone about 5 minutes later and it said 20 minutes. I got in my car and immediately started driving there only for a text to come through saying now it’s 15 minutes. I was the first and the only customer after opening. Checked in through the app after 10 minutes of opening. Great Clip should look into not make clients wait 10 minutes after opening to check in online.
