I went in there for a simple hair cut with shampoo. The stylist Tatyana asked what I wanted. I told her 1 inch off the bottom and the top short. She helps saying layer and bangs. I said no bangs and no layers. She wanted to cut my hair HER way not mine. I pay $8.00 for the wash and left. I even showed her how to cut my hair. She still kept saying layers.
Staff told me she didn’t have time to do a cut. I booked last appointment online. I just turned around and walked out.
HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF GREAT CLIPS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. DONALD DID A GREAT JOB ON MY MOST RECENT HAIRCUT, WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CUT!

Every visit is a great experience. I register online, never wait more than 10 mins and Casey cuts my hair to my exact specifications every time!
