I go in to get my hair cut and beard trimmed a little bit. the woman that cut my hair not only trimmed my beard unevenly I also got a crooked neck line, didn’t fully clean up my neck and left a bunch of hair the whole haircut lasted about 10 minutes and didn’t ask if it looked good or show me the back of my neck with a mirror. I’m not usually one to complain but this is absolutely ridiculous. Come in to get cleaned up left looking worse then did when I came in.
To start off I’m not a very social person went into this facility got checked in sat down in the chair. They asked me if the notes in my account were correct. I said yes told her I had a double crown told her I had a double colic so she could work around those and then I proceeded to tell her that I didn’t want my bangs cut straight across. They were very friendly and efficient. Im extremely happy with the service I was provided. The length and style is perfect :) would definitely recommend
