My 14 yr old grandson will be scarred the rest of his high school yrs. He went in for a regular boys haircut and walked out almost scalped. The stylist didn't follow mothers directions or even look at his history to see what kind of cut he always gets. They won't go back or will I or my husband. Beware!

This is the only place I will go now. Brittany is absolutely amazing. While she is the primary person that takes care of me, I have had Alyssa cut my hair as well who does a great job also. Simply put, if you want a great cut go here.

I have been to a stylist in this location, her name is Lindsey and she is really great in quality of work when cutting my hair, Really made me feel like relaxed and made a comfortable experience.

I read previous reviews on here for this particular location of Great Clips and I must personal deny any negative comments that have been made against this store. I've been to two stylist since first attending this location who's names are Rachel and Tiffany and they are both fantastic both in their own personalities and their quality of work when cutting my hair. Terrible place! Went to Crystal. Even though there was no one waiting, rushed thru my hair like she had something better to do. Her area was filthy and covered with all different peoples hair and dirty combs and towels. I had to dust off the chair before I sat down, it was so gross. She started cutting it before I could explain what I wanted. And after, she hardly dried it and made no attempt to try and style my hair at all. My stylist had like hideous red hair and looked like she literally just rolled out of bed. I think her name was either Emily or Crystal. I was disapointed because the other workers looked nice and professional and I got the sloppy one. Once she started cutting my hair, I smelled really bad stale body odor. I have NEVER cried so hard over a hair cut before! Anita, this 50 something working at great clips had no idea what she was doing. I can in which my hair still teased from a show I was in the night before and warned her it may be hard to get out. She proceeded to try and comb it out FROM THE ROOT! I have very long very curly fine hair and any average person knows that means starting from the bottom when BRUSHING it out. She finally added a conditioning spray the make the process bearable.
