This was by far my worst experience at Great Clips. I showed the stylist multiple reference pictures to help her understand exactly how I wanted my haircut, but she barely glanced at them and seemed to be in a hurry from the start. As she began cutting, I noticed she was going much shorter than what I had asked for. Manager at this location is THE rudest, unhappiest human I have ever met. Thankfully I got my haircut from Diana, who’s sweet and did a good job.

I’ve been to many Great Clips locations before, but this was my first visit to this branch — and honestly, the worst experience I’ve had. The stylist was rude and disrespectful right from the start. When I tried explaining how I wanted my haircut, she cut me off and said, “I know my work, you don’t need to teach me.” That’s completely unprofessional.
